Bungsamran action

Stene doing battle
Rasmus is in Thailand with his wife and family on holiday and wanted his Dad, Stene, to try fishing at Bungsamran.
Rasmus himself has fished here on a number of occasions in the past, the last being in 2007 so he was quite surprised with the transformation of Bunsams facilities since that time.
Stene, who introduced Rasmus to fishing as a young lad in their home country of Denmark, hadn't been on the end of a rod for twenty years! Today was a re-baptism to fishing for Stene, and one of fire as it turns out.
There weren't any real big fish landed today because we only fished half a day, just so Rasmus could have some fun with his Dad. Stene kept at it float fishing, pulling in Mekong and Sawai and Rasmus did a couple of hours on the float and then chose to fish on the bottom in the hope of a carp or larger Mekong...and partly so he could relax a bit after doing a mornings sightseeing round Bangkok.
Anyhow...stay tuned as Rasmus is coming back later this month to fish with us for two further full days fishing. Let's see what's caught then eh?
